Notably, RSP has been touching the lives of the people of this region in myriad ways. The Steel Plant has been implementing numerous projects giving thrust on education, healthcare, infrastructure like roads, water and sanitation etc. and the empowerment of women.  Apart from  these perennially important issues, RSP also gives adequate  priority to other issues like involvement, participation and inclusiveness through sports, cultural events, national missions etc. which have brought a lot of transformation in the lives of the peripheral areas.
