Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah will visit the state on April 27 as a part of their electioneering before the fourth and final phase of elections in Odisha scheduled on April 29.
While Modi will address a public meeting at Barua in Kendrapada Lok Sabha constituency on April 23, Shah is scheduled to visit Morada in Mayurbhanj district and Sukinda in Jajpur district to address election rallies on April 27, informed BJP spokesperson Golak Mohapatra on Sunday.
Apart from this, BJP leaders Nitin Gadkari, Rajnath Singh and Roopa Ganguly will visit Odisha for election campaigning on April 24, 25 and 26, respectively, Mohapatra furher added to his statement.
The BJP has a mammoth task at hand for the Odisha polls as the party is aiming to register victory in more than 120 assembly constituencies of the state and ensure double win both in the state and at the centre.
