Bhubaneswar: The Odisha governor Ganeshi Lal was conferred with honorary doctorate degree in public administration by the Hanseo Univerisity of South Korea. The degree was handed over to him at the Conferment Ceremony, organised by the Hanseo University in its Seosan Campus on Thursday.
