Bhubaneswar: Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik Thursday launched Mo School Mobile App. and released a coffee table book and a newsletter marking the two year completion of Mo School initaitve.
Patnaik felicitated Amrendra Sahoo, a leading techno-entrepreneur and the co-founder of Nestaway, for developing the Mo School Mobile App.
Mo School is an initiative by Patnaik which aims at roping in the alumni of and larger community of a school for the overall growth of the institution and also the State.
Patnaik, on this occasion, called upon the alumni and the larger community to join the Mo School movement to create a healthy ecosystem in education which can help us achieve the transformational goals of Odisha.
“Mo School has made huge inroads into the collective wisdom of the people encouraging them to give back their alma maters. I believe over the years this movement can change the face of our education system,” said Patnaik while speaking on this occasion.
“The inspirational Odisha wants to make a quantum jump in the realisation of its dreams. If you want to see a new Odisha, then come and join in the movement to create a health ecosystem for education. Let us work together to achieve this transformational goals we have dreamt for our Odisha”, Patnaik said.
School and mass education minister Sameer Dash, Mo School chairperson Susmita Bagchi, chief secretary Asit Tripathy, development commissioner Suresh Mohapatra and school and mass education Chitra Arumugam were present.
