Mumbai: Parineeti Chopra is back after a week to shoot for Sania, a biopic on ace badminton player Saina Nehwal. She was advised a week rest by the doctors as she suffered a neck injury last week.

Parineeti had a major spasm in her neck and spine area and was advised by the doctor not to play badminton for at least a week.

The actor is required to play badminton for 8 hours for a sequence to be shot for the film.

Parineeti has stated that she is fit to resume shooting. She thanked the medical team and also the Saina team for her early recovery.

Hawa Hawaai and Stanley Ka Dabba famed director Amol Gupte is directing the biopic Saina.
