Bhubaneswar: The special vigilance court of Bhubaneswar has rejected the bail plea of Odisha cadre IAS officer Bijaya Ketan Upadhya.
The former horticulture director, Upadhya, is in jail in connection with a bribery case.
The vigilance advocate submitted that strong evidences are coming up against Upadhya in connection with his complexities in the bribery case.
Upadhya may go to high court for bail.
