Bhubaneswar: The HDFC Bank Wednesday signed an MoU with the Odisha government to provide smart banking solutions to Startups recognised by the Startup Odisha along with opportunity to pitch their solutions to requisite stakeholders. The Bank will work toward providing the Startups an opportunity to showcase their solutions.
The MoU was signed by HDFC Bank Group Head Smita Bhagat and director industries Reghu G in the presence of chief minister Naveen Patnaik.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said Odisha is aspiring to be one of the top three Startup Hubs in the country.
The State industries and MSME minister, Dibya Shankar Mishra, chief secretary Asit Tripathy, agriculture production commissioner Pradipta Mohapatra, MSME principal secretary Hemant Sharma, Odisha Skill Development Authority chairman, Subrato Bagchi and chief adviser to chief minister R Balakrishnan were present.
