Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Gorumahisani iron ore mines has gone to GS Mishra & Sons at a premium of 115% over the government reserve price. The mines which has an estimated 17.60 million tonnes of reserve.
There were 11 companies in the race for the mines. The companies were GV Mines, Minerals & Metals, SPI Ispat & Powertech, Mahendra Sponge & Power, Super Smelter, TP Sao & Sons, Neometalex Ltd., Gopal Sponge & Power, MSP Cement Ltd., and Alltrade Minerals.
