Bhubabeswar: The Rs 75 crore Care Heart Hospital in Jharsuguda would be ready to admit patients by March 2021.
The hospital is being developed in PPP mode with investments coming in from the Central sector Mahanadi Coalfield Ltd. Care would manage the hospital.
The State chief secretary, Asit Tripathy, along with health minister Naba Kishore Das reviewed the progress of the hospital project.
The hospital, which is coming up over an area of 5.05 acres of land, will be one of the major super speciality heart hospital in western Odisha. The hospital would be self sufficient with all state-of-the-art equipments and staff accommodations.
The additional chief secretary health Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra, National Health Mission director Shalini Pandit and Jharsuguda collector Saroj Samal were present.
