Bhubaneswar: Effecting a minor reshuffle in the State police IPS cadre, the State government Friday posted Ganashyam Upadhya as the new Vigilance IG.
Satish Gajabhaya has become the chairman of State Traffic Training Institute while Manoj Kumar Mohant has been posted as SP Bargarh.
