Odisha Krushi Bhavan bags 2020 AZ Awards for Design Excellence

Bhubaneswar: The aesthetically designed Odisha Krushi Bhawan has bagged the 2020 AZ Awards 2020. Bhawan is the winner in People’s Choice category.

The 2020 AZ Awards was presented by JennAir, Keilhauer and Landscape Forms and sponsored by Cosentino and Great Gulf. The 2020 AZ Awards Gala sponsors are George Brown School of Design, Improve and Scavolini. The 2020 AZ Awards Gala Partners are Frontier and Stratus.

This Building, which depicts Sambalpuri textile design motifs, clearly indicates how Odisha is adopting local art and culture in its working places to inspire the staff working and the visitors. Peoples’ choice clearly reflects the universal taste.
“Our art and culture have their own distinct features.
We need to encourage and popularise”, said the former IAS officer of Odisha cadre Tejavat Ramachandru while adding, “I sincerely urge all the states to draw a lesson from this.”
