Bhubaneswar: Telengana’s Warangal based M/S. KECKaveri has bagged Odisha government’s Rs215.31 crore rural piped water project.
The government of Odisha have taken a decision for execution of Rural Piped
Water Supply Project under one package to provide safe drinking water in Bargarh District out of BASUDHA(RIDF) funding. By execution of this project, 2,29,064 people of 166 villages under 43 GPs of 02 Blocks of the District will be provided with safe drinking water. On this account, 1,01,655 people of 70 villages under 22 GPs of Barpali Block and 1,27,409 people of 96 villages under 21 GPs of Bheden Block of Bargarh District will be benefited.
The State cabinet Wednesday has approved the lowest tender of M/S. KECKaveri (JV),Warangal, India amounting to Rs.215,31,28,585.00 for execution of above work. The work is targeted for completion within a period of 24 months.
