Visakhapatnam: Kishore Chandra Das, Director (Personnel), RINL assumed the additional charge of the post of CMD, RINL from Monday. Das joined as the Director (Personnel) of RINL on 1st January 2017.
Das is on the Board of OMDC & BSLC, subsidiaries of RINL. He is instrumental in turning around the BSLC, a sick company, and facilitated OMDC for its mining operations.
Earlier, Das served as Executive Director (HR) at Mazagon Dock Ship Builders Ltd, a Central PSU under the Ministry of Defense for a little over five years. Prior to this, he had also served GAIL and in its Joint Venture in various capacities in the HR domain for over 15 years.
Das has vast experience of 33 years in core Human Resources Management with proven track records. The major areas of his contributions during his professional career, are in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Development, and Skill Development.
