Bhubaneswar: A special issue of East Coast Railway Wall Magazine on International Level Crossing Awareness   Day-2021 has been inaugurated by additional general manager Sudhir Kumar in presence of principal chief safety officer Hemant Kumar Dutta, CPRO Kaushalendra Kishore Khadanga and Senior PRONirakar Das of East Coast Railway (ECoR) at Rail Sadan, Bhubaneswar.
The special issue covered with various aspects of Railway Level Crossing gate.
Including the short story Shri Hemant Kumar Dutta there are 12 writers pened with short stories, and poems on the issue in Odia,Hindi and English languages.They are Sailendra Kapil, Nrusingha Tarei, Dilip Nayak, Kishore Chandra Tripathy, Bidhubhusan Panda, Ashok Kumar Tripathy, Bikramaditya Singh, Harishankar Mishra, J.Atchi Babu, Ranjan Ku Jena, Mrunmoy Mohanty and Tapswini Mahanandia.
