New Delhi: Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan has urged the union civil aviation minister Jyotiradity Scindhia to introduce daily direct flight to Dubai from Bhubaneswar.
Pradhan in a letter to Scindhia Thursday stated that over 10,000 Odias are staying in various cities and towns in United Arab Emirates (UAE). Direct flight to Dubai would increase trade, service and business between the two countries.
Pradhan has taken up the matter with union civil aviation minister following demands from the UAE Odia Samaj.
