Ranchi: NTPC & MECON have joined hands and collaborated to strengthen the mine infrastructure facilities, mine development and other associated infrastructure projects of NTPC Coal Mines.
In this regard, NTPC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with MECON, Ranchi recently to utilize its expertise in the field of engineering Consultancy Services and Project Management Services related todesign, engineering mining infrastructure facilities, power supply and distribution facilities, mining plan, Feasibility Report (FR) /Detail Project Report (DPR) preparation/validation, and environmental compliances.
The MoU was signed by Regional Executive Director (Coal Mining), NTPC, Partha Mazumder and GM(Marketing), MECON R.K. Verma in the presence of Sanjay Kumar Verma, Director (Commercial) & CMD designate, MECON and other senior officials from both the companies.
Partha Mazumder addressing the gathering shared that NTPC is looking forward to a productive association with MECON in times to come.
