Mahapatra along with principal secretary industry Hemanta Kumar Sharma appraised them about various facilitating policies, governmental subsidies, institutional arrangements ranging from online submission of investment proposal to single window clearance, one agency contact point, quick approvals and clearances, handholding support, availability of land bank, developed industrial estates with infrastructural arrangements, assured power and raw material supply, and availability of qualitative technical manpower etc. The CEOs and high officials from the industrial houses who interacted with chief secretary expressed their high appreciation of the State, its stable Governance, peaceful full conditions for business, and prompt bureaucratic machinery. They mentioned, “Odisha is a better place of investment”. Chief secretary Mahapatra urged them to attain the ensuing MIO Concleve-2022 which all of them gladly consented.
