Bhubaneswar: Adani Group took over the Gopalpur Port in Odisha for Rs 3080 crore.
The Gautam Adani owned Adani Port & Special Economic Zone Ltd. (APSEZ) has signed an agreement with Gopalpur Port Ltd. for acqisition of 56% Shapoorji Pallonji and 39% stakes of Odisha Stevedors Ltd.
