Bhubaneswar : Eminent advocate of supreme court and legal activist Prasant Bhusan said here on Sunday that the Modi government is on its way out. He was speaking at a seminar organised by Soochana Adhikar Abhijan on the topic RTI & Electoral Bond.
Prasant Bhusan said ” Ye Sarkar to jaa rahi hai” and he added, “Dekhna Hoga Ki Dusri Sarkar Kaisi Hoti Hai “
The legal activist said that this government is behaving strangly. It has not heed to the supreme court’s direction regarding constitution of selection committee for appoinrment of election commissioners, filed petition in the court that the government be allowed to offer satellites spectrum license without going the tender process as ruled by the court in 2G scam case.
