Bhubaneswar : Odisha’s leading Hindustani classical music institution Sangeet Sadhak Parisad is hosting its two day annual award giving ceremony and Hindustani classical musical evening at Jaydev Bhawan, here from Friday.

Guru Pandit Harmohan Khuntia, Meera Panda, Dr. Rohan Biswal, Ananya Ashabari, Tanushree Jena and Sohani Mishra will be felicitated on this occassion.

The Ceremony will be inaugurated by culture director Dilip Routray and will graced by secretary Sangeet Natak Academy Prabodh Rath, and Guru Ratikanta Mohapatra. Students of Parisad will present chorus and solo classical songs.

On Saturday evening, Padmashree Tulasi Munda, eminet scientist Dr. Pratima Mishra and welknown lyricist Dr. Lalit Mohan Rath will grace the occassion. Dr. Rohan Biswal, Tanushree Jena, Sohani Mishra, and Manjushree Mohanty will present solo classical songs.

Parisad chairman Pandit Debendra Narayan Satpathy and secretary Krushna Satpathy have invited all theserious music lovers to grace the ceremony.
