Bhubaneswar : Kolkota head quartered Telegraph newspaper is known for its editorial prowess. The newspaper is a pioneer in bringing out India’s most modern newspaper.
But, Monday the newspaper witnessed, perhaps its worstever, slip. The newspaper on October 7, carried the entire editorial page of Sunday, the October 6.
The editorial staff might be in Pujo mood. But the mistake on the part of Telegraph is unacceptable to many of its hardcore loyal readers. Repeat of news items, editorial pieces is not uncommon in newpapers of repute these days. However, slipping out the entire page from the gaze of most responsible leaders of the newspaper is unthinkable.
Telegraph needs to check the laxity. Otherwise, it would lose the respect it commands in the country.
