Bhubaneswar : NephroPlus, Asia’s largest dialysis network, has introduced its “Dialysis on Call” services in Bhubaneswar, marking an important step in its mission to make high-quality dialysis more accessible and affordable. This expansion brings NephroPlus’ renowned Dialysis on Call (DOC) service to the city, enabling patients to receive dialysis in the comfort and convenience of their own homes.
Dialysis on Call is an innovative effort for patients who have difficulty getting to dialysis clinics because of their age, mobility concerns, distance or simply for convenience. Patients with DOC can have dialysis without the need for an attendant, allowing family members to go about their normal activities. Each session is carefully monitored by a specialized technician, with a nephrologist on call to manage any issues.
The service offers both convenience and affordability, with prices per sessionless than regular Home Hemodialyiss. When compared to regular home hemodialysis, DOC offers the same high-quality treatment as NephroPlus but at a lower cost.
VikramVuppala, Founder and Group CEO of NephroPlus, commented on the launch, saying, “Dialysis on Call offers high-quality dialysis services in the comfort of patients’ homes at affordable prices. Regular home hemodialysis is significantly more expensive than this service. Now, with Dialysis on Call, patients can receive dialysis at home with the same quality standards that NephroPlus is known for—at a lower cost. We are thrilled to introduce this service in Bhubaneswar.”
The Bhubaneswar service can accommodate 2-3 patients per day, addressing the growing demand for personalized, high-quality dialysis care. By introducing this innovative service model to the city, NephroPlus reinforces its commitment to enhancing dialysis care in India, prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and affordability.
