Dubai: Anish Jena, a non-resident Odia, has bagged bronze medal for United Arab Emirates Country at the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO-2024), held recemtly at Bucharest in Romania.
Fifteen- year old Anish Jena represented UAE at the Olympiad.
This prestigious competition brings together the most talented youngsters from more than 50 different countries to explore and deepen their interest in science by providing them with a unique platform.
Anish Jena father Baidyanath Jena of Dihasahi village under Bari block in Jajpur district of Odisha is employed in the UAE as a Director-Technology Support-MEA, and his mother, Animarani Jena is in the field of pharmacy.
