Bhubaneswar: The 31st Guru Pankaj Utsav will begin here from Monday. The three -day Utsav which includes the coveted Mahari Award Presentation Ceremony will have acomplished dancers and musicians mesmerising the audience with their art.
Odissi music exponent Dr Mitali Chinara, Mardala player Guru Budhanath Swain, Odissi musician Dhiraj Kumar Mohapatra, and classical dancer Sriparna Bose will be faliciated for their lifetime achievements.
