Bhubaneswar: Odisha chief secretary Manoj Ahuja stressed on building of a robust quality ecosystem and standardization of consumer goods.

Chairing the 2nd State Level Meeting on Standardization, organised by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) with State Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department, to facilitate co-operation between Bureau of Indian Standards and State government, in the area of Standardization and Quality of Product and services, here on Thursday, Manoj Ahuja, emphasized on creation of awareness about standards among the common public as well as government officials.

The meeting was also attended by Hemant Sharma, Industries Additional Chief Secretary, and Sanjay Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Works, Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare, Information and Public Relations Department.
