Bhubaneswar :Senior IAS officer Ms. Roopa Roshan Sahoo has joined as the secretary to Odisha governor on Wednesday. She was Revenue Divisional Commissioner Southern Range. Ms. Sahoo, a 2006 batch Odisha cadre IAS officer, has served the State with honest and dedication in various capacity before this new assignment.
