Berhampur: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) organized a large-scale plantation drive under its Tree-Mitra initiative at Sindhrimal Village in Malkangiri district. The drive was part of the ongoing Tata Sustainability Month (TSM-25), aimed at promoting environmental responsibility and enhancing local green cover.
During the event, fruit-bearing saplings were planted with enthusiastic participation from TPSODL volunteers and villagers alike. This collaborative effort not only contributed to environmental sustainability but also strengthened community engagement in the region.Malkangiri, located in Southern Odisha, is known for its rich biodiversity and tribal communities. Recognizing this, TPSODL has prioritized the district for several CSR and community engagement initiatives, working closely with local residents to create sustainable livelihoods and greener surroundings.
