Bhubaneswar: Odisha goverenment Tuesday appointed 2016 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, Kaustuva Dipta Pany as Commissioner Rail Co-ordination.
Pany is, in fact, appointed as Joint Secretary to Odisha Government, Commerce & Transport Department, on foreign service terms and conditions dutiesHe is allowed to remain in charge of Commissioner, Rail Co-ordination in addition to his own.
The period of deputation of Pany to Government of Odisha shall be for a period of three years from the date of his joining in the Odisha Govemnment.
