Bhubaneswar: HR leaders in industries deleberated on newage human resources management practices at the HR Conclave 2025 organised by Central sector Navaratna aluminum behemoth Nalco.

Nalco CMD Brijendra Singh inaugurated the Conclave on Tuesday in the presence of Nalco Director Production Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Director HR Dr. Tapas Kumar Patnaik, Director Finance Abhaya Kumar Behuria, and Chief Vigilance Officer Pranab Jyoti Nath.

SAIL Executive Director Krushna Kumar Singh, Reliance Industries Group President HR Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, and Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Former Director (HR), IOCL, also graced the conclave and shared their valued knowledge on aligning HR strategies with the future needs of the industry.

The conclave was enriched by the presentations from the companies, IOCL, SAIL, Tata Steel, NT PC, Coal India Ltd, and Reliance Industries, who have pioneered in adopting HR practices that focuses on the “People First” approach, to strive towards a better future of the organisation.

Knowledge partners of the conclave were Ernst & Young, BCG, and ASCI, who also made presentations on the futuristic HR practices.The event gathered the senior officials and executives of NALCO, along with HR professionals from the core sectors for deliberation on the various distinct HR practices prevalent in the industry and to find the way forward.
