Mumbai: Tata Steel has sold out its ferro-alloys plant in Odisha’s Jajpur district to Indian Metal & Ferro Alloys (IMFA) for Rs 610 crore.
The Company has signed an Asset Transfer Agreement with IMFA for the sale of its Ferro Alloy Plant at Jajpur, Odisha, for a base consideration of Rs 610 crore.The transaction is expected to close within 3 months, after receipt of requisite approvals, stated a company press release.
