Bhubaneswar: Three jail officers of Odisha will get national medals on the occasion of the 73rd Indenpendence Day for their jail reforms initiatives.
The medal winners are Sambalpur circle jail development officer, Sangram Mallick, assistant jailer of Bolangir jail Niranjan Kisan and Cuttack circle jail warder Sadasiba Pradhan. Besides the three from Odisha, 37 jail officials would be honoured at the national level on this occasion, said a PIB press release.
