Bhubaneswar: The Odisha chief minister, Naveen Patnaik, Wednesday declared that his government’s Mo Sarkar initiatives will be extended to 5 more departments by December 2019 and to all the departments by March 2020.
Presently, the Mo Sarkar initiative is implemented in health and home departments.
Overwhelmed by the response of the people to his Mo Sarkar initiative, the chief minister has announced another health infra package for undivided Phulbani district and Kalahandi district besides the Rayagada district. Stating that the government is endeavouring to set up one medical college in each of the erstwhile undivided districts, he announced that a medical college with a 500 beded hospital would be set up at district headquarter hospital of Phulbani.
Announcing the health infra package for Kalahandi, Nuapada, Kandhamal, Boudh and Rayagada districts, he said that all the district hospitals will have attendant rest shed.
