Puri: International sand artist Manas Kumar Sahoo has wished the AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal on his thumping victory in Delhi assembly elections through his art.
Sahoo created a 15ft high sculptor of Kejriwal using 15 tonnes of sand on the sea beach, here on Tuesday. He toiled for over 5 hours to complete the sand art.
