Bhubaneswar: Ujjwal Kanti Bhattacharya has taken over as the new director (Project) of NTPC Ltd.
An electrical engineering graduate from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, Ujjwal had joined NTPC as a trainee graduate in 1984. He has served the country’s biggest generating company in various capacity. He has been at the forefront of JV formulation and conceptualization 1320 MW Maitree Power Project in Bangladesh.
