Patna: Janata Dal (United) chief Nitish Kumar is going to be the Bihar chief minister for fourth time in a row as the NDA legislative group elected him as the leader.
Soon after getting elected as leader of NDA, Nitish Kumar had gone to the Raj Bhawan and staked his claim to form the government.
