Bhubaneswar: Odisha based artist Sudarshan Sahoo has been conferred with prestigious civilian award Parma Vibhusan for the year 2021.
Odisha’s Shanti Devi (Social Work), Purnamasi Jani (Art), Rajat Kumar Kar (Literature & Education), Dr. Krishna Mohan Pathi (Medicine) and Narendra Prusty (Literature & Education) have got Padma Shri awards for 2021.
