Bhubaneswar: Former BJD leader Tejeswar Parida, former Congress leader Manoj Mohapatra, and Anil Biswal have been appointed BJP State spokespersons.
Party’s media cell chief Dilip Mallick has appointed the three following the recommendation of State president Samir Mohanty.
