Bhubaneswar: XIM Bhubaneswar (XIMB) conducted Xavion, the annual entrepreneurship summit hosted by X-SEED – The Entrepreneurship Cell of XIMB, here recently.
It was graced with the presence of Biswaranjan Dehury, Co-Founder, Pranam Prakalpa, Rosalin Dash, Co-Founder of Sarna Educational and Cultural Services LLP, Ms. Amrita Sabat, Co-Founder of Sabat Exports Pvt Ltd and
Chandrashekhar Mishra, Co-Founder, Crux Power Pvt Ltd, who shared their valuable insights with the audience.
The session commenced with the speakers lighting the lamp, followed by an introduction by our moderator, Prof. Satyendra Nath Mishra, Assistant Professor of Rural Management.
The first speaker of the day, Rosalin Das, Co-Founder of Sarna Educational and Cultural Services LLP, shared her valuable thoughts on rural development. She stated, “We try and engage our customers by respecting the traditional values and local heritages of that place.”
The day’s second speaker was Biswaranjan Dehury, Co-Founder of Pranam Prakalpa, who shared his insights on business dynamics. He advised capturing the market before someone else does. In his speech, he also mentioned the importance of customer feedback to ensure quality work.
The session was further continued by the third speaker of the day, Chandrashekhar Mishra, Cofounder of Crux Power Pvt Ltd. He believes entrepreneurship is all about passion. He also encouraged the students to try their hand and understand the area from where they came.
The final speaker of the conclave was Amrita Sabat, Co-Founder of Sabat Exports Pvt Ltd. She suggested marketing the products on a national and international level for the product to keep going on, focusing on giving back to the country.
After the talk by the eminent speakers was the much-awaited question and answer session where the bright minds of XIM University asked questions relevant to the session. The summit concluded with a vote of thanks from X-Seed.
