Bhubaneswar: Dr. Akhsya Kumar Bisoi, Professor of cardiac surgery at New Delhi AIIMS, has been nominated as the president of AIIMS Bhubaneswar. He has replaced Dr. SK Acharya, executive director Fortis Hospital.

The intention is to specially take care of the weak and deprived section of the society.
