New Delhi: Alok Kumar Pateria, a 1986 batch IPS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been appointed as the new additional director general (ADG) of Central Industrial Security Force(CISF).
The appointments committee of the union cabinet has approved the appointment of Pateria as CISF ADG on deputation basis for a period upto May 31. 2020 day of his superannuation from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The Centre on Monday appointed Dineshwar Sharma, former director of intelligence bureau, as the respresentative of the government of India in J & K. He would initiate and carry forward a dialogue with the elected representatives, various organizations and concerned individuals in the state of J & K.
