Sundargarh, Prahlad Narayan Sharma as Sub-Collector, Athagarh, Cuttack. Ms. Arugula Snehais as Sub-Collector, Padampur, Bargarh. Akavaram Sasya Reddy as Sub-collector, Jeypore, Koraput. Samir Kumar Jena as Sub-collector, Talcher, Angul. and Soumyaranjan Pradhan is appointed as Sub-collector, Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj .
