Raygada (Odisha): Utkal Alumina International Ltd.(UAIL) on Thursday organised a multi-specialty health camp at Nuagaon village under its CSR initiative.

The event was inaugurated by Rabi Mishra, Unit Head of UAIL, in the presence of prominent dignitaries, including Vijay Chauhan, Mines Head; Dr. Netranand Nayak, Medical Officer- in-Charge; BPM, NHM Kashipur; IIC Andirakanch; Dr. Devi Mishra, Medical Officer, UAIL; and respected village leaders from Nuagaon.

The health camp aimed to provide accessible healthcare services to the local community. A total of 512 patients from eight nearby villages benefitted from the camp, receiving free medical consultations and medicines, The initiative was meticulously organized by the CSR team of Baphlimali Mines, led by Niharika Sahoo, CSR Head. This program is a testament to UAIL’s unwavering commitment to community welfare and healthcare enhancement in its operational areas. Such initiatives reflect UAIL’s dedication to improving the quality of life for local communities and fostering sustainable development in the region.
