Bhubaneswar : Team Tamil Nadu Tuesday invited Odisha BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik and Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee president Bhakta Charan Das for the March 22nd Chennai meeting convened by Tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin to discuss about the implication of demilitation of Lok Sabha constituencies in India. Stalin has invited non-BJP political parties of six Southern States, Odisha, West Bengal and Punjab who are going to suffer becasue of the delimitation being pushed by the BJP government at the Centre.
Former union minister and DMK MP Thiru Dayanidhi Maran and Tamil Nadu Industries minister T R B Raaja today called on Naveen Patnaik, the former chief minister, presently the leader of opposition, and extended the formal invitation on behalf of their CM. They also met the Congress president Bhakta Charan Das and extended the invitation.here on Tuesday.
