Bhubaneswar: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Indian Women Network (IWN), Odisha Chapter, organised t “CIl IWN Nua Odisha”, here on Tuesday.

The programme was graced by Odisha Chief Secretary Ms. Anu Garg, , who highlighted the critical role of women in shaping the state’s growth trajectory. She encouraged greater participation of women entrepreneurs and professionals in economic development and emphasised strengthening ecosystems that support women-led enterprises, underscoring that women empowerment is key to inclusive and sustainable growth.

Manikanta Naik, Vice Chairman, CIl Odisha State Council, and Managing Director, Tata Steel SEZ Ltd, Ms. Zubina Ali, Chairperson, CIl IWN Odisha Chapter, and Ms. Snehaprava Das, Co-Chairperson, CII IWN Odisha Chapter shared their perspectives on women empowerment, highlighting the importance of collaboration, policy support, and capacity building to enhance women’s participation across sectors.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from women leaders, entrepreneurs, and grassroots-level social workers, reflecting a strong collective commitment towards advancing women empowerment in Odisha.
