Berhampur: An Ethics Day celebration was organised at TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) to mark the birth anniversary of Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy (JRD) Tata. The celebration reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to the Tata Code of Conduct, ethical leadership and responsible business practices.
CEO Amit Kumar Garg, along with the Senior Leadership Team and employees, participated in the programme and paid tribute to J.R.D. Tata.
Speaking on the occasion, Garg said, “At TPSODL, we remain committed to conducting our business with integrity, fairness and transparency while serving our consumers and communities with the highest standards of professionalism. JRD Tata’s values continue to guide every decision we make.”
Adding to the day’s celebrations, the CEO inaugurated a modern Gymnasium for employees. The celebrations concluded with employees taking the Ethics Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to uphold the Tata values of integrity, responsibility, excellence, unity and understanding in every aspect of their work.
