Bhubaneswar: The ruling BJD won both the wards in Deogarh municipality where bye-elections were held on Friday. The counting for the wards completed a few minutes from now. The BJD’s Ahinsa Nayak won from the Ward No.1 by a margin of 71 defeating and Kula Chandrama Hasti from Ward No.9 by a margin of 199.
