Bhubaneswar: A mini marathon, organ donation pledge, book launch, diabetic check-up camp marked the second annual meet of the Navodaya Alumni Association of Odisha (Naao) which was organised here on Sunday. Over 3000 Navodaya alumni congregated to celebrate the annual meet of the world’s largest alumni association having over 30,000 members.
Utkal university vice chancellor SM Patnaik, Novodaya Vidyalaya Samiti deputy commissioner NK Patel, former vice chancellor of BPUT Omkar Nath Mohanty addressed the meet. Naao president Nilachal Mohapatra, general secretary Ashabhanu Swain, and vice president Adiya Kumar Majhi also spoke on the occasion.
