Bhubaneswar: The 7th Asia Steel International Conference will be held in Bhubaneswar from February 6 to 9. The last Asia Steel conference was held in 2015 at Yokohama, Japan.
The Conference, organised by Tata Steel in association with the Indian Institute of Metals (IIM), will be addressed by over 70 keynote speakers including from oversea countries like US, UK, Germany, China, South Korea, Japan, Netherlands, Canada, Belgium. Joo Choi, director of PoscoLab of South Korean steel giant POSCO, Hideki Murakami, corporation executive officer Nippon Steel & Sumitiomo Metal will be part of the event.
Asia Steel International is held every three years and provides a platform for exchange of knowledge on various aspects of the global steel industry.
