Bhubaneswar: The Odisha chief minister, Naveen Patnaik, has directed for filling up of 184 sub-inspector posts in the state police department. Out of these 184 vacant posts 92 posts will be filled up by direct recruitment through the Staff Selection Commission and the remained 92 posts will be filled by promotion.
Similarly, Patnaik has directed for filling up of 231 driver posts in the Police Transport Department.
