Paradip: Union shipping secretary Gopal Krishna Thursday hailed the Paradip Port Trust team for spectacular achievements in cargo handling. He congratulated the Port chairman Rinkesh Roy and his team for achieving 100 million tonne cargo handling in 2017-18.
Gopal Krishna, an IAS officer of 1983 batch, was here to review the activities of the port. He was appraised about various port activities and the progress of the ongoing port projects which would enhance the capacity of the port by Rinkesh Roy along with other senior officials of the Port.
During his visit, the union secretary also had an interactions with stakeholders of Port and visited the port township.
